Privacy policy
Plain-English version: we only use what you send us to help with your vehicle, and we never sell it.

What we collect
When you use our appointment or fleet forms, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email (optional on the appointment form), vehicle details, the services you need, your preferred dates and any message. We also receive basic technical information our web host records with every form (IP address, browser type and the page you came from) to block spam.
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and this site does not set its own cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and schedule service — by phone, text or email, as you choose.
- To email you a confirmation that we received your request.
We don't sell, rent or share your information for marketing, and we won't add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and passes form submissions straight to our email. It doesn't store them.
- Google (Gmail) delivers your request to us and sends your confirmation email.
How long we keep it
Our website host doesn't keep form submissions. The copy emailed to us stays in our business email as a record of your service request. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Third-party content and links
Some parts of the site load content from Google: fonts, our photo gallery (stored in Google Drive) and, only when you click "Show map," Google Maps. When your browser loads that content, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
Financing buttons take you to the lender's own website (Synchrony, Koalafi or American First Finance). Anything you enter there is handled under that lender's privacy policy, not ours. Links to Facebook, Google, Yelp and Carfax work the same way.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information you've sent us, or to stop us from contacting you, call (352) 515-3660 or email alertautomotive352@gmail.com. You can reply STOP to any text from us.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
